Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when booking a class, camp, or service with Philia Brant. Please review the following before booking.

Classes & Camps

Not sure if the program is the right fit? You have the opportunity to try your first class.

If you decide after your first class that you or your child would prefer not to continue, simply let us know before the second class begins. We will refund the remaining unused classes. The first class attended is non-refundable.

Once the second class begins, the program is non-refundable.

For one-day camps and workshops, registration is non-refundable once the program has started.

Missed Classes

We understand that life happens. If you need to miss a class, please let us know as early as possible. Missed classes are non-refundable, but when space and scheduling allow, we may offer one courtesy make-up class.

Alterations

We want you to be happy with the fit and finish of your garment. Because alterations are completed specifically for you and your garment, alteration services are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you have a concern with the alteration we performed, please contact us so we can review the garment with you.

Custom Design

Your custom garment is created specifically for you. Because your deposit reserves your custom project and work begins specifically for your design, custom-design deposits are non-refundable.

Once fabric or materials have been purchased or cut, or work on your garment has begun, payments toward your custom project are non-refundable.

If We Cancel

If we need to cancel a class, camp, or workshop and cannot offer you a suitable alternative or rescheduled date, you will receive a refund or credit for the cancelled portion.
