Before You Register 🧵

At Philia Brant, instructor time, sewing machines, materials, and studio space are prepared in advance for each student. Because of this, all bookings are final and non-refundable once confirmed.

If you need to reschedule your lesson, workshop, or camp, please contact us at philiabrant@gmail.com at least 5 days before your scheduled session, and we’ll do our best to offer another available time.

Please note:
• One courtesy make-up session may be offered when space allows, but it cannot be guaranteed
• Missed lessons or no-shows may forfeit the session
• Rescheduling requests made within 5 days of the session cannot be guaranteed
• If a Philia Brant instructor is unexpectedly unavailable, the class will automatically continue the following week at the same time. This situation is uncommon, but students will always be notified as soon as possible
• In some situations, another qualified instructor may teach the class instead
