At Philia Brant, we are expanding our community and looking for skilled individuals who are passionate not only about sewing—but also about sharing their knowledge with others.
We are seeking independent sewing instructors who can teach from home and help students build real, practical skills with confidence.
🏡 About the Role
This is a flexible, remote teaching opportunity where you will guide students through sewing projects and foundational skills from your own workspace.
You’ll be teaching:
- Beginners learning to sew
- Students working on simple projects
- Individuals building confidence and independence
All lessons are structured, and support is provided.
✂️ What You’ll Teach
- Sewing machine basics
- Simple projects (tote bags, shorts, basic garments)
- Alterations (hemming, adjustments)
- Beginner-friendly techniques
✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Has strong sewing skills (intermediate to advanced)
- Is patient, clear, and enjoys teaching others
- Can explain steps in a simple, supportive way
- Has a reliable sewing setup at home
- Is organized and dependable
